What Participants are Saying...
“Together, we always stressed the need to focus on the ‘big’ picture and not the obstacles to success.” |
“My mentor consistently began our sessions by allowing me to express what had taken place since our last meeting. I could not have shared this information or my reactions with anyone else. This professional outlet afforded me the ‘re-fueling’ I needed to move forward.” |
“It was so wonderful talking honestly and openly with someone who "knows the drill" and could understand and give meaningful advice.” |
“As you know, this role is very isolating and having someone dedicated to me was a wonderful gift. My coach was my sounding board and gave me unbelievable support.” |
“The mentor... had a wealth of knowledge and expertise... the generous time that we shared provided time for rich dialogue and reflection.” |
“Having a non-district mentor who was a master instructional supervisor was a tremendous resource. I felt comfortable asking (for) assistance...” |
“(Coaching) enhanced my overall Instructional Leadership capabilities and gave me the confidence to be a successful principal.”
